Activities: Gorilla trekking, visit to the Batwa (Pygmies) community.
Day 01: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You will be picked from the Airport or your doorstep drive south west to Bwindi Impenetrable National . After you will transfer to your lodge. Overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB
Day 02: Gorilla trekking
After a hearty breakfast, go for briefing at the park headquarters
then proceed to the forest to track the magnificent mountain gorillas in their natural habitat with packed lunch. You will witness these animals as they interact, play, and care for one another. The tracking takes between 2-9 hours depending on they have camped. Dinner & Overnight at Lodge/Camp. FB
Day 3: Batwa Trail Experience
After your breakfast, depart to the batwa community and learn about their way of living. Batwa are the pygmies and once forest people were hunter-gatherers and fierce warriors who depended on the forest for shelter, food and medicine. Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge/Hotel. FB
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, drive back to Kampala with enroute stopovers at Igongo cultural Center, equator and markets for shopping, arriving in the evening then be transferred to the Airport to take the flight back.
